Slovakian Pork Skewers

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C or 400°F).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

3. Add the pork cubes, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes to the bowl. Toss to coat with the marinade.

4. Thread the pork and vegetables onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the pork reaches a safe internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).

6. While the skewers are cooking, mix the minced garlic with a little bit of olive oil. Brush the garlic mixture onto the skewers during the last minute of cooking.
