Moroccan Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and nutritious stir fry dish with the bold flavors of Moroccan spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β2 teaspoons moroccan spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry sauceor substitute with soy sauce
- β1 large tender bell pepperssliced
- β2 tablespoons sour lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tablespoons cooking oilvegetable or canola oil

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add bell peppers and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Return chicken to skillet and stir in moroccan spice blend and stir-fry sauce.
