Spicy Fettuccine Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir-fry dish made with fettuccine, vegetables, and a hint of spice. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Fettuccine
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 Onionthinly sliced
- β1 Bell pepperthinly sliced
- β1 cup Mushroomssliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β1 tsp Crushed red pepper
Instructions

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add crushed red pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
