Spicy Kielbasa Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with spicy kielbasa and a variety of vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound kielbasasliced into thin rounds
- β1 bell pepperany color
- β1 onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy saucelow sodium
- β1 tablespoon stir-fry sauceavailable in most grocery stores

- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
