Ethereal Ethiopian Keto Bowl
A keto twist on traditional Ethiopian cuisine, combining ethereal spices with silky greens. Serve over a bed of rice for a satisfying and filling meal.
Ingredients
- ●2 tsp Ethereal spice blend
- ●2 cups, chopped Silky kale
- ●8 oz, sliced Gored beef
- ●1 cup, cooked Rice
- ●2 tbsp Coconut oil
- ●1 clove, minced Garlic
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced gored beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of coconut oil and sauté the chopped silky kale until wilted.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the ethereal spice blend and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the cooked gored beef back into the skillet and stir to combine with the kale and spice blend.

Serve the beef and kale mixture over a bed of cooked rice.
