Slovakian Chicken Salad
A refreshing and flavorful salad from Slovakia made with grilled chicken and a hint of Eastern European spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Slovakian chickenBoneless and skinless chicken breast
- β4 cups Mixed greensChopped lettuce and other leafy greens
- β0.5 cup Diced onionThinly sliced
- β3 cloves Crushed garlicMince before adding
- β0.25 cup EtherealEthereal oil or substitute with olive oil
- β1 cup Diced cucumberSliced into bite-sized pieces
