Spicy Chilli Paella
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, adding a spicy kick with the use of chilli ingredients.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup paellashort-grain rice
- ●2 teaspoons chillidried flakes
- ●2 cups andalusianvegetable broth
- ●1 can aeratedchicken broth
- ●1 cup exoticmushrooms
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor frying
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 cup tomatodiced
- ●to taste saltfor seasoning
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chilli flakes and stir for 30 seconds.

Add the paella rice and stir to coat the rice in the spice mixture.

Add the andalusian and aerated broths, and stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 18 minutes.

Add the exotic mushrooms and diced tomato to the pan, and stir to combine.

Season with salt to taste.
