Aerated Portuguese Wrap
A light and crispy wrap filled with exotic flavors, crunchy peanuts, and a hint of Portuguese spices.
Ingredients
- β4 Aerated Portuguese Bread Wrap
- β1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
- β1/4 cup Canned Sardines in Water (drained and flaked)
- β1/2 cup Diced Exotic Pineapple
- β1/4 cup Sliced Black Olives
- β2 tablespoons Portuguese-Style Cheese (such as Queijo de Cabra)
- β1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- β1 teaspoon Portuguese Spice Blend (such as Piri Piri)
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Spread a small amount of lemon juice on each wrap.

Arrange the roasted peanuts on one half of the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add the flaked sardines on top of the peanuts.

Sprinkle diced pineapple, sliced black olives, and shredded cheese on top of the sardines.

Drizzle Portuguese spice blend over the filling.

Fold the other half of the wrap over the filling and press gently.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.

Flip the wrap over and cook for another 2 minutes.
