Brazilian Gratin Casserole
A delicious and comforting casserole featuring crispy potatoes and a rich Brazilian-inspired sauce.

- β2 tablespoons Exotic oil
- β1 teaspoon Gratin seasoning
- β1/4 cup Crispy onions
- β1 cup Brazilian cheese
- β3 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, exotic oil, gratin seasoning, crispy onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Transfer the potato mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the Brazilian cheese and minced garlic.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the potatoes.
