Algerian Lamb Wrap
A flavorful and exotic wrap filled with lamb and crunchy vegetables, inspired by Algerian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β500g LambGround lamb
- β2 tsp Exotic Spice MixAvailable at most Middle Eastern stores
- β1 cup Crunchy CarrotsShredded or grated
- β2 tbsp Algerian Olive TapenadeAvailable at most Mediterranean stores
- β1 Flour TortillaLarge, for wrapping
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped, for garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine lamb, exotic spice mix, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Divide the lamb mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly into a patty.

Grill the lamb patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through to your desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, toast the tortilla over the grill or in a dry pan for a few seconds on each side.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a tablespoon of olive tapenade on each tortilla, followed by a lamb patty, some shredded carrots, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
