Peruvian Earthy Skillet
A flavorful and hearty dish that combines the earthy flavors of Peruvian cuisine with the simplicity of a skillet meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup exotic mushrooms
- ●2 medium peruvian potatoessuch as papas arrugadas
- ●1 medium earthly onionssuch as sweet onions
- ●1 tsp skillet seasoningsuch as aji amarillo
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper

Preheat the skillet over medium heat.

Add the olive oil and sauté the onions until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the tofu and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the potatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with skillet seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste.
