Saudi Arabian Grilled Pork Chops Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish combining traditional Saudi Arabian spices with the smoky taste of grilled pork chops.

- β2 tablespoons Saudi Arabian spice blenda mix of cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice
- β1 tablespoon brown sugarhelps balance acidity and sweetness
- β2 tablespoons lemon juiceadd a squeeze just before serving
- β1/4 cup olive oilfor brushing the grill
- β1 large onionschopped, for kebab assembly
- β2 large bell peppersany color, chopped, for kebab assembly
- β3 cloves garlicminced, for kebab assembly
- β1 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperto taste
