Croatian Lamb Skewers with Herby Marinade
A flavorful and aromatic lamb skewer recipe, inspired by Croatian cuisine. The herby marinade adds a bright and refreshing twist to traditional lamb dishes.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
