French Terrine with Coconut and Exotic Fruits
A refreshing twist on the classic French terrine, featuring exotic fruits and the subtle flavor of coconut.
Ingredients
- β1 loaf French baguette
- β1 can Coconut cream
- β1 cup Exotic fruits (such as mango, pineapple, and kiwi)
- β1 Terrine mold
- β2 tbsp Honey
- β1 tbsp Lime juice
- β1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- β1 tsp Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cut the French baguette into 1-inch cubes and toast until lightly browned.

In a blender, combine coconut cream, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine toasted baguette cubes, exotic fruits, and coconut cream mixture. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a terrine mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
