Saudi Arabian Grilled Skewers
A flavorful and aromatic dish from Saudi Arabia, featuring marinated chicken and vegetables grilled to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Springy onionsthinly sliced
- β2 teaspoons Saudi Arabian spices (Baharat)available at Middle Eastern grocery stores
- β2 Arabian peppersany color, seeded and sliced
- β12-15 Saudi skewers (metal or bamboo)brushed with oil before use

- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped, for garnish
