- β1 block (14 oz) TofuExtra-firm, drained and cut into skewer-sized pieces
- β1/2 cup Exotic Satay Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauceor to taste
- β1/4 cup Coconut Oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 teaspoon Malaysian Chili Powderor to taste
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup chopped Cilantrofor garnish
- β10-12 Bamboo Skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
