Turkish Beef Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy dish from Turkish cuisine, perfect for a weekend dinner. Marinated beef kebabs grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Beef Flank Steak
- β2 tsp Exotic Spice Mixavailable at most middle eastern grocery stores
- β1 tsp Turkish Red Pepper Flakes
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together exotic spice mix, red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the beef flank steak to the marinade and mix well to coat.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

5. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
