Creamy Exotic Sevaiiya Noodle Soup
A rich and creamy soup blending the unique flavors of exotic and Brazilian ingredients, featuring sevaiiya noodles.
Ingredients

- β1 can Velvety Coconut Milkfull-fat
- β8 oz Brazilian Sevaiiya Noodlesdried
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Brazilian Spicesblend
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the sevaiiya noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the sliced exotic mushroom and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the coconut milk and add the Brazilian spices. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the soup has thickened slightly.
