Traditional Greek Tiropita
A classic Greek savory pie made with feta cheese and a flaky phyllo crust.
Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.

Cut the phyllo dough into 4 equal pieces.

In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix in the chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Place one piece of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush with melted butter.

Place a quarter of the feta cheese mixture in the center of the phyllo dough.

Fold the phyllo dough over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges together to seal.

Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and feta cheese mixture.

Brush the tops of the tiropitas with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
