Australian Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- β3/4 cup granulated sugar

- β1 teaspoon yeastactive dry yeast
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup pineapple juice
- β1 cup pineapple rings
- β1/4 cup brown sugar
- β1/2 cup chopped pecansoptional

Grease a 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and yeast.
