Pan-Seared Os Rolls
Crispy and savory os rolls pan-seared to perfection. Served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. A delicious and easy-to-make Chinese-inspired dish.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 20 rolls) Os Rolls
- β1 package (about 20 rolls) Spring Rolls
- β1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
Instructions

Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the os rolls and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

Add the spring rolls and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar.

Pour the sauce over the os rolls and spring rolls, and stir-fry for another minute.

Serve hot with additional dipping sauce, if desired.
