Canadian Spring Cheese Rolls
A deliciously indulgent snack using fresh spring ingredients and melted cheese. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- β12-15 count Spring Rolls Wrappers
- β8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- β1/2 cup Spring Onionsfinely chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped spring onions and cook for another minute.

In a separate bowl, mix together chopped cilantro and soy sauce.

Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add 1-2 tbsp of the cheese mixture onto the center of the wrapper.

Add a spoonful of the spring onion mixture on top of the cheese.

Fold the bottom half of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrapper to form a tight cylinder.

Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the rolls with a little bit of olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
