Manchego Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Manchego cheesegrated
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose floursifted
- β1 cup granulated sugarplus 2 tbsp
- β4 large eggsat room temperature
- β1 cup heavy creamplus 2 tbsp
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- β4 tbsp unsalted buttermelted

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Butter a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan and dust with flour.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, and confectioners' sugar.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined.
