Keto Canadian Lasagna
A low-carb twist on the classic Italian dish, using Canadian lasagna noodles made from zucchini and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- ●4 sheets Canadian lasagna noodles
- ●1 lb Exquisite ground beefBrown at 160°F (71°C)
- ●1 cup Melted mozzarella cheeseShredded or sliced
- ●1 cup Cheese, shreddedMozzarella or cheddar
- ●1 cup Tomato sauce
- ●1/4 cup Fresh basil
- ●1 tsp Garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Canadian lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

Brown the exquisite ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, combine the melted mozzarella cheese and shredded cheese.

Begin assembling the lasagna by spreading a layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange 2 lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce.

Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles.

Repeat the layers, starting with the meat sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture.

Top the lasagna with the remaining cheese mixture.
