Tres Leches Flan
A classic Latin American dessert made with eggs, milk, and three types of milk to create a moist and creamy texture.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- β1 can evaporated milk
- β1 can sweetened condensed milk
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- βa pinch cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.

Add vanilla extract and cinnamon to the milk mixture and whisk until combined.

Pour the milk mixture into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.

Pour the mixture into 6 (6 oz) ramekins or custard cups.

Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.

Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

To serve, place a ramekin on a serving plate and pour a small amount of heavy cream over the top.
