Vietnamese-Style Steamed Fish
Delicate and flavorful fish steamed to perfection with aromatic Vietnamese spices. Serve with steamed vegetables and a side of rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- β4 (6 oz each) Fish fillets
- β2 slices Ginger
- β2 stalks Lemongrass
- β2 tbsp Fish sauce
- β1 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1/4 tsp Chili flakes
- β1 cup Steamed vegetables
- β1 cup White rice or noodles

1. Cut the fish fillets into 4 equal pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

2. In a small bowl, mix together ginger, lemongrass, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes.

3. Place a piece of fish in a steamer basket and brush with the ginger-lemon mixture.

4. Repeat with the remaining fish pieces.

5. Steam the fish for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

6. Serve the fish with steamed vegetables and a side of white rice or noodles.
