Saudi Arabian Ikura Biryani
A flavorful and aromatic rice dish from Saudi Arabia, featuring the delicate taste of ikura and the spiciness of biryani. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or a dinner party.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Arabian Basmati Ricelong-grain rice
- β1/2 cup Ikurasalmon roe
- β1/4 cup Fried Onionsthinly sliced, crispy
- β2 tsp Fantastic Spice Blendcustom mix of spices
- β1/4 tsp Saudi Arabian Saffronthreads, soaked in 1 tbsp hot water
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the fried onions and cook until lightly browned.

Add the Arabian Basmati Rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Add the Fantastic Spice Blend and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and fluffy.

Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the soaked saffron threads.
