Australian-Style Fried Manchego Skewers
Delicious and crispy fried skewers filled with Australian flavors and melted Manchego cheese, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 block (120g) Manchego cheesecut into small cubes
- β1 packet Australian-style breaded coating mixfollow instructions for preparation
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- β10-12 Australian skewerswooden or bamboo
- β1/2 cup Fried onionthinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Fast onionthinly sliced
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- βto taste Black pepperfor seasoning

Preheat the oil to 350Β°F (180Β°C) in a deep frying pan.

Prepare the Manchego cheese cubes according to package instructions.

Thread the cheese cubes and fried onion onto the skewers.

Dip the skewers in the breaded coating mix, making sure to coat evenly.

Carefully place the skewers in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
