Tibs Tibs with Ethiopian Ricotta Pancakes
A traditional Ethiopian Tibs dish served with crispy ricotta pancakes, a delicious breakfast or brunch idea.
Ingredients

- β1 cup chewy
- β1 cup ricotta
- β1/2 cup tibs
Instructions

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the fatty and let it melt completely.

Add the chewy and cook until lightly browned.

Add the ricotta and mix until well combined.

Cook the tibs in a separate pan until it reaches 165Β°F.

Add the cooked tibs to the ricotta mixture and mix well.

Using a ladle, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a non-stick pan greased with fatty.

Cook until the bottom is golden brown, flip, and cook the other side.
