Creamy Argentinian Noodle Casserole
A rich and satisfying casserole that combines the flavors of Argentina with the comfort of creamy noodles. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup (200g) crumbled Argentinean chorizo fatty
- ●1 cup (250ml) heavy cream creamy
- ●8 oz (225g) pasta (such as pappardelle or fettuccine) noodles
- ●2 large eggs egg
- ●1 tsp dried oregano argentinian
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.

In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream and oregano. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, chorizo, and cream mixture.

Beat in the eggs until well combined.
