Middle Eastern Knafeh with Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
- β1 package Knafehavailable in most Middle Eastern markets
- β1/2 cup pitted Green olivesuse a combination of green and black olives for added flavor
- β1/4 cup pitted Eastern olivesadd a salty, savory flavor to the tapenade
- β1 cup Fatty creamheavy cream or half-and-half work well
- β8 oz Middle cream cheesesoftened to room temperature
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh parsleygarnish the tapenade with fresh parsley

Crumble the knafeh into a bowl and mix with a pinch of salt.
