Italian Stuffed Leaves
A Mediterranean twist on traditional stuffed leaves, featuring crispy turkey and rice.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Turkey Breastfatty
- β1 cup Ricecooked
- β1 bunch Turkish Leavesstuffed
- β1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Rinse the stuffed leaves and remove any stems.

In a bowl, mix together cooked rice, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.

Place a tablespoon of the rice mixture onto the center of each leaf.

Slice the turkey breast into thin strips and place on top of the rice mixture.

Drizzle with olive oil and fold the leaves over to enclose the filling.

Place the stuffed leaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the leaves are crispy and the turkey is cooked through.
