Jamaican Hangover Casserole
A spicy twist on a classic comfort food, this Jamaican Hangover Casserole is perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Fodmap Friendly Casserolegluten-free, pre-made
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican Curespicy
- β1 pound Hangover Meatground beef or pork
- β1/2 cup Dish Crumbly Toppinggluten-free
- β2 tablespoons Fatty Coconut Oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Bell Pepperchopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Brown the Hangover Meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the Jamaican Cure, Onion, Garlic, and Bell Pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the Fodmap Friendly Casserole and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the Dish Crumbly Topping and Fatty Coconut Oil.
