American Doner Burger
A twist on the classic doner kebab, with a juicy beef patty and flavorful sauce, all on a toasted bun.
Ingredients
- β500g beef mince
- β4 American burger buns
- β1 tsp doner kebab seasoning
- β1 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 onions
- β2 tomatoes
- β1 head lettuce
- β4 slices cheese
- β250ml doner kebab sauce
- β1 jar pickles

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Divide the beef mince into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

3. Brush the patties with vegetable oil and season with doner kebab seasoning.

4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

5. Meanwhile, toast the American burger buns on the grill.

7. Assemble the burgers with the cooked patties, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and doner kebab sauce.
