Syrian Fattoush Salad
A refreshing Middle Eastern salad made with toasted pita bread, mixed greens, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- β4 cups Fattoush mix (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley)
- β1 baguette, cut into 1-inch pieces Fattoush bread (Syrian pita bread)
- β1/2 cup, pitted Fatty olives
- β1 cup Hash browns (or fried eggplant)optional
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
- β1 tablespoon Pomegranate molasses
- β Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the pita bread pieces with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 10 minutes.
