Ciabatta Wrap Focaccia
A simple vegetarian focaccia recipe made in a ciabatta wrap style, topped with fermented flavor.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Ferment
- β1 whole Ciabatta
- β1 whole Wrap
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βa pinch Salt
- β1 clove Garlic
- βto taste Chopped herbs (optional)
- βto taste Grated mozzarella (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together ferment, olive oil, salt, and minced garlic.

3. Split the ciabatta in half lengthwise, then cut into 1-inch thick slices.

4. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Brush the ferment mixture evenly over the ciabatta slices.

6. If desired, sprinkle chopped herbs and grated mozzarella over the ciabatta.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the ciabatta is golden brown and crispy.

8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

9. Serve warm in a wrap, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
