Canadian Poutine Stuffed Turkey Breast
A twist on the classic poutine, this recipe stuffs a turkey breast with the flavors of poutine and fries.
Ingredients
- β1 (1.5-2 pound) boneless, skinless breast Turkey breast
- β1 cup shredded Fermented cheese curds
- β4 slices Canadian bacon
- β1 cup Homemade poutine gravy
- β1 cup shredded Fries
- β Salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh parsleyfor garnish
