German-Mexican Chive Quesadilla
A twist on traditional quesadillas with the addition of German-inspired flavors and a tangy kick from fermented vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup, chopped chive
- β2 tablespoons, chopped fermented
- β1/4 cup, crumble german
- β1 cup, shredded vegetable
- β2 large tortillas chewy
- β1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together chive, fermented, and shredded cheese.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese mixture on half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also crispy.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make a second quesadilla.
