Creamy Fermented Tomato Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe using fermented vegetables, creamy sauce, and fresh tomatoes.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Fermented VegetablesAny variety of fermented vegetables, chopped
- β2 TomatoesFresh, diced
- β1/4 cup Creamy SauceAny store-bought or homemade creamy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Stir Fry OilAny neutral-tasting oil, such as vegetable or canola oil
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β1 teaspoon Soy Sauce (optional)Optional, for added flavor

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to release their juices.
