Stir Fry with Australian Long Beans
A simple and flavorful stir fry recipe featuring australian long beans and a variety of other ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Australian Long Beans
- β2 tablespoons Crisp Fermented Bean Pasteavailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor stir frying
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauceoptional
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the australian long beans to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the crisp fermented bean paste and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the beans are tender.

Add the soy sauce (if using) and stir-fry for 1 minute, until the sauce has thickened.
