Eastern Chickpea Stew

- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 tsp Fermented sumacadjust to taste
- ●1 tsp Cumin
- ●1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●2 pieces Crispy pita breadcrushed for garnish

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
