- β4 Fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Fermented soybeans (such as nam pla)
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried shallots
- β2 teaspoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 cup Stir-fry vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- β Salt and pepper

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
