Savory Pepper and Fermented German Crumble

Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Fermented German Sausage
- β2 cups, sliced Assorted Peppers
- β1 cup, drained Fermented Sauerkraut
- β1/2 cup, homemade or store-bought Crumble
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

In a large skillet, cook sliced sausage over medium-high heat until browned.

Add sliced peppers and cook until tender. Set aside.
