- β1 bunch spring onionchopped
- β1 cup fermented vegetablessuch as kimchi
- β1 tsp adventurous spice blendsuch as sriracha

Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced fluffy onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.
