Uruguayan Stir Fry with Fish
A delicious and quick to make stir fry dish originating from Uruguay, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe combines the freshness of fish with the flavors of Uruguay.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Fish (white fish fillet)Any white fish fillet will do
- β2 tbsp Uruguayan Stir Fry SauceMake your own or store-bought
- β1 medium White OnionThinly sliced
- β1 tsp Fermented GingerMinced
- β1 tsp Gooey HoneyOptional, for a touch of sweetness
- β1 sprig Romantic RosemaryFresh, chopped
- β Salt and PepperTo taste

Add the white onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
