Brazilian Gratin Bread
A rich and savory bread dish inspired by Brazilian flavors, topped with a creamy gratin.

- ●1/2 cup Fermentedmilk kefir
- ●1/2 cup Indulgentgrated cheddar
- ●1/4 cup Gratinbutter and grated parmesan

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, fermented milk kefir, and a pinch of salt.

Add the grated cheddar to the bowl and mix until well combined.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, create a layer of bread slices.

Pour the flour mixture over the bread, followed by another layer of bread slices.

Top with the grated parmesan and dot with butter.
