Irish Chicken Skewers
A fusion of Irish flavors with the convenience of grilled skewers, featuring tender chicken drumsticks marinated in a mixture of herbs and spices.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Irish whiskeyoptional
- β2 tablespoons fermented soy sauceor regular soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon garlic powder
- β1 teaspoon onion powder
- β1 teaspoon paprika
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

In a large bowl, whisk together whiskey (if using), fermented soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
