Saudi Arabian Kebab with Beet Chutney
A flavorful and aromatic kebab dish from Saudi Arabia, served with a sweet and tangy beet chutney.
Ingredients

- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 pound Juicy beefcut into small pieces
- β1/2 cup Fermented yogurtfor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juicefor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine chopped beets, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together fermented yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add the blended beet mixture and stir to combine.

Add the juicy beef pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
