Silky Corn Fritters
A crispy and tender corn fritter recipe with a silky twist. Perfect for a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- β1 cup CornmealFine or medium grind
- β1/2 cup Fermented cornMasa harina or corn flour
- β1/2 cup WaterAdjust as needed
- β2 tablespoons Silky stir-fry sauce
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, fermented corn, salt, and pepper.

Add water and stir until combined. The batter should still be slightly lumpy.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry.

Flip the fritters and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm with silky stir-fry sauce for dipping.

Note: If the batter is too thick, add a little more water. If it's too thin, add a little more cornmeal.
