Wild Garlic and Leaf Korma
A flavorful and nutritious Indian-inspired korma dish made with wild garlic, leaves, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups, chopped Wild garlicUse fresh wild garlic leaves for the best flavor
- ●1 cup, chopped Indian leaves (spinach or collard greens)Adjust the amount based on your preference
- ●2 tablespoons Korma pasteYou can make your own korma paste or use store-bought
- ●2 tablespoons Coconut oilUse a neutral-tasting oil for the best flavor
- ●1-inch piece, grated GingerAdd more or less ginger based on your preference
- ●1 clove, minced GarlicUse fresh garlic for the best flavor
- ●to taste SaltUse Himalayan pink salt or sea salt for a better flavor
- ●to taste Black pepperUse freshly ground black pepper for the best flavor
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the grated ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the chopped wild garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.

Add the chopped Indian leaves and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.

Add the korma paste and stir well to combine.

Add the minced garlic and stir well to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
